Tohir Sodiqov

Actor
Tohir Sodiqov
Date of birth:
1973 yil 1 iyul

Tohir Sodiqov was born on July 1, 1973, at 12 Langar Street, Sabir Rakhimov District, Tashkent. He attended a kindergarten located behind the mosque in Eski Juva (he remembers the kindergarten, but not its number). His father, Sodiqov Bahromjon Sobirovich, was a pilot and a reserve officer. His mother, Sodiqova Gulnur Mansurovna (a graduate of the Institute of National Economy), was a housewife.

Tohir studied at School No. 41 in Tashkent. He did not graduate from university and has no specific profession. His education is secondary. He loves listening to his own songs. Favorite actor: Obid Asomov. Motto: "Do not spare what you have for a good person". He dislikes unreliability. He respects people who keep their word. He has no critical opinions or grudges against any singer, because, in Tohir Sodiqov's opinion, everyone is right in their own way. "A good song does not need a music video at all. A favorite song will remain a favorite even without a video".

The group "Bolalar" was formed in the autumn of 1989 on the initiative of Ruslan Sharipov. The group's first album was "Esingdami sening..." ("Do you remember..."). The first office of "Bolalar" was at the "Bolalar show" firm (next to the "Yoshlik" metro station). The first members of the group: Tohir Sodiqov, Husan Sodiqov, Tofik Mardukhaev, Bahodir Po'latov, Toir Odilov, Ruslan Sharipov, Nargiza Zokirova, Javohir Zokirov.

The record of "Bolalar" was released in 1992 by the "Bolalar-shou" firm. The arranger for "Bolalar" was Ruslan Sharipov, and the authors of the songs were Tohir and Husan Sodiqov. "Bolalar" was affiliated with the "Uzsport" association. Ruslan Sharipov distributed the salaries to the group members.

From each concert, 50 rubles were allocated to himself and Nargiza Zokirova, 25 rubles to Husan Sodiqov and Tofik Mardukhaev, and 15 rubles to others.

Tohir Sodiqov has been to foreign countries such as the USA, France, England, and Turkey. The first fans of "Bolalar" were the students of School No. 41.

The group first appeared on the big stage on February 23, 1990, at the "Alpomish" Sports Palace (now the "Uzko'rgazmasavdo" center). Until 2000, "Bolalar" gave hundreds of concerts annually across Uzbekistan and a number of Commonwealth states. For the past six years, they have been giving over forty concerts within Uzbekistan alone. His wish: "Let's not waste time. Everything will pass. Let's make productive use of every moment of life. Let's strive to leave behind a name that shows we truly lived, rather than just arriving and departing from life; may our name live forever in this transient world as a good person!"
